Das klingt widersprüchlich, zeigt doch, dass wir zunächst, aber immer wieder in uns schauen sollten, nach den Lichtern suchen, die uns einen Weg leuchten. Aber es gibt neben mir das Atmen, die Blicke, aber vor allem die Gedanken der Brüder, die einen stärken. Der eine geht zum Yoga, ein anderer zur Zen-Meditation. Ich bin nur Meditationsjunkie für freimaurerische Rituale. Das genügt mir. Das gibt Kraft, auch wenn es Stunden der Finsternis gibt. Immer wieder. Ohne unser Zutun.

Ich habe mich auch in den letzten Jahren obiger Laster entledigt und sitze mich durch heftige Yoga-Runden. Und ja, es macht Spaß. Weil ich zur richtigen Zeit das Richtige tue, also „auf dem Weg bin“, wie es so schön heißt. Und mir Gott auf mindestens dem halben Wege entgegenkommt. Denn wir brauchen uns, so glaube ich, nicht einzubilden, dass wir ohne ihn irgendeine Arbeit schaffen können. Wenn ich merke, dass ich verkrampfe oder „verbiestert“ versuche, etwas zu erreichen, ist mal wieder mein Dickkopf im Weg – und erstmal vorrangig wieder das Ziel. Auch das kennst Du sicher.
